Product analyst in monetization

Bluethrone is a technology company that builds a platform and proprietary AI tools to acquire, optimize, and scale mobile apps. It combines data-driven experimentation and shared infrastructure to turn overlooked apps into profitable, growing businesses.

• Plan, design, and execute data-driven experiments to increase in-app monetization
• Optimize pricing, paywalls, offers, onboarding, and user journeys
• Define hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria for each test
• Use the company’s tools to run experiments and visually present their impact
• Translate findings into product decisions and guide the implementation of successful tests
• Monitor and interpret key monetization metrics
• Turn raw data into clear visual insights and recommendations
• Maintain reporting and visibility into experiments and outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve monetization through structured experimentation
• Share learnings and align strategy with other Monetization ICs
• Partner with Developers, Product Managers, and Data Teams to support experiment infrastructure and rollouts
• Collaborate with the User Growth Team to optimize paid user journeys
• Contribute to a culture of testing and learning within the monetization team

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Monetization Specialist in mobile gaming or subscription-based apps
• Strong understanding of monetization levers and metrics
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests and translate results into product improvements
• Background in data analytics, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights from large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Purchasely, Firebase Remote Config, Mixpanel, and Miro
• Highly analytical, independent, and outcome-driven, with strong ownership
• Ability to communicate insights visually and influence decisions through data
• Fluent in written and spoken English
