Cybersecurity Architect leading Agilent's enterprise cybersecurity strategy with a focus on AI governance and digital transformation.
Responsibilitiesdevelop and communicate multi-year security roadmaps, evaluate emerging threats and technologies, define target-state security architectures supporting cloud, data, AI, and enterprise initiatives; advise on strategic security investments, lead secure AI strategy development including governance models and risk management, assess AI-related security risks, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Collaborates closely with IT, security, and business leadership to integrate security into technology decisions, monitor industry standards, and provide strategic guidance on identity, data protection, and cloud security.
QualificationsBachelor's in CS, Cybersecurity, or related; 10+ years in security architecture, enterprise security, or related fields; proven experience in security strategy, reference architecture, and transformation programs; strong knowledge of security fundamentals, AI security controls, and operational technology; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferredexperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), security standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls), regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare); professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
Work Setupfull-time, remote with 10% travel.
