Sledge is early and founder-led, growing its content from scratch, so the person in this role has real ownership over what Sledge looks like day to day.

Sledge is hiring a Content Creator/Influencer to be a pure, video-first creator: someone who can shoot it, star in it, and get it live. This is a video-heavy role, almost exclusively video, across every format and platform: vlogs, reels, Instagram and Facebook Lives, live streams on Twitch, Rumble, and Kick, and Vimeo, You Tube, Shorts, long-form video, and covers. This role works closely with the Social Media Specialist, who sets the strategy, but Sledge wants someone who shows real initiative, not someone who waits to be told what to shoot.

Sledge wants a real videographer, comfortable behind the camera and in front of it. Some social media experience helps, but this is a creator role first: someone who can pick up a camera, know the shot, know the edit, and know the platform, and get it out the door. No AI-generated video, photos, or captions. If it didn't actually happen in front of a camera, it doesn't go out under Sledge's name.

• Vlog, film, and star in day-to-day content across Sledge's channels
• Set up and run an ongoing content series, whether that's a vlog-style show, a comedy bit, or something else entirely
• Shoot and produce reels, Shorts, and other short-form video
• Shoot and produce long-form video, covers, and You Tube content
• Run Instagram and Facebook Lives
• Live stream on Twitch, Rumble, Kick, and similar platforms
• Post to Vimeo, You Tube, and every other platform Sledge shows up on
• Work closely with the Social Media Specialist on strategy, and take initiative on content ideas
• Capture real jobsite moments, product use, and everyday Sledge content
• Jump on trends and formats fast, before they're stale

• A vlog-style series following different contractors and crews around on real jobsites
• A comedy bit built around real contractor headaches: no-show subs, change orders, chasing a check
• A "before Sledge, after Sledge" skit format, paperwork chaos versus Sledge handling it
• Man-on-the-street style interviews on jobsites, quick, funny, and real
• A recurring rig or tool showcase, with personality and humor built in
• Remixing viral trends and audio for a construction audience
• A blooper or fails reel pulled from real jobsite moments
• A livestream Q&A where contractors can ask Sledge anything
