Senior Technical Program Manager - EDA Chip Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - EDA Chip Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will drive technical program execution for infrastructure that supports large-scale computing and semiconductor-related engineering workflows. The position will partner closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy, improve operations, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. It is well suited for someone who can translate technical priorities into coordinated action, strong reporting, and measurable program outcomes.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $322,000 annually

• Engage with cross-functional partners to shape and execute technical strategy for scaling infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement in tooling, automation, and processes to enhance cluster operations.
• Guide engineering teams through agile program methodology across multiple phases.
• Apply a data-driven approach using metrics to assess program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish effective communication channels for program status and risk reporting.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align organizational efforts.

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software or hardware engineering and technical program management.
• Experience with large-scale distributed computing and infrastructure software.
• Familiarity with CPU/GPU architectures and semiconductor design processes.
• Exceptional communication skills for varied audiences.
• Strong multitasking and rapid context-switching abilities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
