Pay range: $35-42/hr W2
Job description- Experience with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of networking protocols, security systems, and desktop support software
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and IT teams
- Hardware and Software Management:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Deploy operating systems, software applications, antivirus tools, and updates. Perform imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning of devices
