IDR is seeking a Technical Analyst
- Service Now to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. This role involves supporting Service Now platform upgrades, migrations, and enhancements within a leading organization in the IT services industry. The position offers the chance to contribute to critical platform improvements and work with a collaborative team across various stakeholders.
- Service Now:
- Support Service Now version migration through requirements gathering, documentation, testing coordination, and rollout readiness.
- Track project changes, risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, integrations, and requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants, Service Now administrators/developers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, migration trackers, and leadership updates.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, change reviews, and defect tracking.
- Service Now:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar IT role.
- Prior Service Now experience and familiarity with platform navigation, modules, workflows, tickets, reporting, or configuration.
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills.
- Experience communicating with multiple levels of IT management, including directors and senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
