Provider and payer organizations across the healthcare industry face an uphill climb.

As payment reforms reshape healthcare, care teams are tasked with new challenges: engaging patients from a distance, working across disciplines, sharing information, making handoffs, tracking the impact of care management on costs and outcomes. The list goes on and on.

As more is demanded of care teams, the software they've relied upon frequently comes up short and/or fails. (Increasingly both.) Inflexible software leads to frustrated teams. Frustration affects performance, which increases costs and threatens organizational objectives.

Rounding Well believes there's a better way.

Each organization has unique needs. Each team has unique needs. We're on mission to engineer a platform of flexible building blocks that supports care management teams and their workflows. The Rounding Well platform is highly configurable, which allows us to be extremely responsive to our customers' needs. We have also placed a premium on the end-user experience.

Because of our extreme focus on customer satisfaction, Rounding Well is going up against some of the largest health IT vendors and winning. Now we're on the hunt to add amazing, talented people to our team.

This is where you come in...

Our team is looking to add a Data Visualization Engineer to ensure our customers get the most value out of Rounding Well.

We are looking for an individual with a data informatics background who is looking to join our growing organization and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our most advanced and engaged customers.

The Data Visualization Engineer will lead our efforts to provide critical insights to every Rounding Well customer so that they can measure and improve the programs they deploy to manage the health of their populations.

This individual will be responsible for the design and development of data visualizations and dashboards using data sets in Rounding Well. He or she will be an expert in data and storytelling and a whiz at the utilization of business intelligence (BI) tools to create user-friendly dashboards for business teams. Our data visualization engineer will write and test analytics platform code, work with software tools like Quicksight to produce dashboards, and fix bugs whenever necessary.

What You'll Do:

Analyze data and develop interactive dashboards for client and internal stakeholders using AWS Quicksight.

Work directly with client and internal stakeholders to understand and document requirements and translate them into report/dashboard design.

Successfully bridge the gap between analytics and business via the ability to speak the language of both.

Influence upstream data model design and develop data solutions as needed.

Summarize and communicate complex ideas/assumptions and present findings effectively using data and storytelling to a diverse set of customers.

Conduct data exploration on datasets, QA/QC, visualization, statistical and data analyses.

As a part of the data analytics development process, adhere to and help test for established quality standards related to performance, data accuracy, and presentation.

Implement best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency for the very best user experience

Work closely with management to prioritize stakeholder needs.
