You will transform onboarding materials into a cohesive, narrative-driven experience guiding users to their first aha moment, partnering with the SSC team and product/docs to optimize trial-to-paid conversion.
You will define the narrative architecture of the user journey, ensure a seamless experience from setup to advanced feature
