Salary Range: $27.00 To $32.00 Hourly
FOR LOACL TO TN CANDIDATES ONLY - 100% ONSITE
Key Responsibilities & Requirements- IT call center experience preferred; handle up to 30 calls daily with strong customer service skills.
- Troubleshoot printers, print queues, applications, hardware, and network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE).
- Manage Active Directory accounts, including OU navigation, password resets, and account unlocks.
- Support iOS devices, including setup, deployment, account resets, and data backup/restore.
- Assist with video conferencing tools such as Cisco Web Ex, MS Teams, and Cisco Presence.
- Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Teams, and Web Ex.
- Manage Service Now tickets, assignments, and hardware deployments.
