- Manager you will lead managed service work focused on data, analytics, and AI solutions that help clients operate and improve their data environments, reporting, and model performance within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will coach teams, direct work streams, and apply sound judgment to deliver client work, validate timelines and quality, and guide others through changing priorities with integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC, you will oversee planning, execution, and completion of data and analytics service activities, support performance optimization across platforms and pipelines, and use technology and innovation to help deliver insights that support business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Leading data, analytics, and AI managed services work streams for clients across complex operating environments
- Coaching and developing team members while assigning work based on skills, capacity, and client priorities
- Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple engagement phases
- Translating business needs into data solutions that support reporting, insights, and operational performance
- Overseeing data quality, master data management, and data observability activities to support dependable platform operations
- Guiding data pipeline management, platform maintenance, and performance tuning for analytics and AI solutions
- Applying data architecture, data engineering, and visualization skills to improve decision-making outcomes
- Reviewing work products, resolving issues, and addressing delivery risks with clients and internal stakeholders
- Promoting adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve service delivery and recurring operations
- Validating adherence to professional standards, independence requirements, and firm policies

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- Demonstrating managed services experience supporting data, analytics, and AI operations
- Leading data quality, reporting, and master data management activities
- Coordinating AI model tuning, platform maintenance, and performance monitoring
- Applying analytical thinking to complex data environments and workflows
- Mentoring teams while managing project planning, budgeting, and delivery

Travel Requirements Up to 60%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
