Responsible for the acquisition,growthand maintenance ofHireRight’sdatasources that support products and services for the Enterprise.

Ensuresthedatasources are consistent with Hire Right quality standard sand provides accurate,timely, and professional feedback related to evaluation and analysis of the data sources and related processes.

• Understand Hire Right’ssystems and departmental processes.

• Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance Hire Right’s competitive advantage.

• Analyze data depth,coverage, and return on investment.

• Identify and implementacquisitionprocessefficiencies

• Contributetomaintenanceof source documentation while ensuring version control.

• Interact withteam-member sand other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert(SME) foralldataacquiredbythe
  
  Data Acquisition Department.

• Maintain business relationships with existing data sourceprovidersand initiate contact for data updates thatdon’tconform to specified standards.

• Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers,courts, andHireRight personnel providing data acquisitioninstructionas necessary.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.

• Prior documentation and research experience.
• Training experiencea plus.
• Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required.
• Proper verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus.
