IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist | Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Join a fast-paced IT support team where you'll help end users stay connected and productive. This role is ideal for someone with Help Desk or Service Desk experience who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues

Support Windows environments, Active Directory, and enterprise applications

Manage and resolve tickets through a ticketing system such as Service Now Assist  users with VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues

Provide support via phone, remote tools, and occasional hands-on assistance

Qualifications:

Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support experience

Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows support

Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now preferred)
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting)
Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
