Novatae Risk Group is a national wholesale/brokerage for hard‑to‑place commercial insurance coverages. We are seeking experienced Worker’s Compensation Brokers for our Nashville, TN location. We are expanding our capabilities and offer a very generous compensation package.

• Oversee preparation of Work Comp submissions including applications and support documents.
• Favorable presentation of accounts to carriers and proactively obtain compelling programs.
• Market new and renewal business with designated sales teams.
• Collect necessary information and analyze current programs.
• Order applicable underwriting reports as needed.
• Follow submissions through the process and ensure quotes are provided timely.
• Solicit new business via sales and marketing techniques and build relationships.
• Coordinate administrative workflows with support teams for accurate and prompt responses to service issues.
• Seek opportunities for growth and cultivate new markets, including organic growth.

• Skilled in business writing and situation analysis.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented individuals who thrive in team and autonomous settings.
• Strong knowledge and experience of P&C insurance, including coverages, rating, terminology, and technical procedures. P&C license required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Sales‑driven “people person” who enjoys building relationships and learning sales strategies.
• Preferred: four‑year college degree with 1‑3 years of related experience, including Workers Compensation brokering or MGA experience.
