We are seeking highly qualified candidates with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing commercial real estate team in the Nashville office. Candidates must have sophisticated real‑estate transactional experience and the ability to work directly with clients. Specific experience in the healthcare industry or client work in the private‑equity space is a plus. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team that values associate development and mentorship while contributing to a dynamic, rapidly expanding law practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in complex real‑estate transactions across a variety of deal types.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Communicating with clients, counsel, and internal stakeholders to coordinate matters.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support transaction strategy.
  • Providing timely and high‑quality support to senior attorneys.

Required qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in commercial real‑estate practice.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
