Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic virtual law firm to recruit a Nashville-based Litigation Attorney. This is a full‑time, indefinite contract opportunity, with potential for permanent placement.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Indefinite (potential for permanent placement)
• Hours: 40/week
• Location: Remote with potential court appearances in Nashville Area
• Compensation: $65-68/hr, commensurate with experience
• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Argue motions and attend hearings in Tennessee courts
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a virtual environment
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service

Qualifications:

• Client is seeking an attorney with at least 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in the following areas:
• Candidates must be experienced with conducting discovery, depositions, mediations, drafting and arguing motions, etc.
• Candidates must have strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast‑paced environment.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• License to practice law in any Tennessee, active and in good standing, is required
