You’ll play a key role in guiding clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives, while working alongside a collaborative and experienced legal team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage residential and/or commercial real estate closings from contract to completion
- Review, draft, and explain closing documents and settlement statements
- Conduct closings and communicate clearly with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and real estate professionals
- Identify and resolve title or closing issues
- Ensure all transactions comply with state and local real estate law
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other real estate agreements
- Other legal work includes estate planning, probate, conservatorships, quiet title, construction and partitions
- Maintain an active caseload and personally manage a high volume of real estate transactions
- Some work‑from‑home flexibility is included
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school
- Active license and good standing with the state bar
- 0–4 years of experience in real estate law or closings (entry‑level candidates welcome), including attorneys early in their practice seeking to deepen hands‑on closing experience
- Interest in obtaining Tennessee real estate license as part of professional growth in real estate law
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior real estate or title experience is a plus, but not required
Who This Role Is For
Attorneys early in their real estate law careers who enjoy hands‑on transactional work, client interaction, and managing closings from start to finish.
Why Join Us
- $120,000 to $150,000 salary (commensurate with experience)
- Paid time off
- Professional development and mentorship opportunities
