Legal Assistant (Hybrid)
Shift Timing: Day / Evening / Night
Pay Rate: $22.00 / hr (W-2, no benefits)
Location: Nashville, Tennessee 37243
Duration: 12+ months (possible extension), 37.5 hrs per week
Role & Responsibilities- Assist in coordinating and communicating schedules to internal/external clients.
- Provide legal research, analysis of legal papers, and draft legal documents.
- Document findings accurately.
- Work efficiently / effectively in multiple databases to extract information.
- Attend workgroup meetings and participate in discussions.
- Assist leadership team, as necessary.
- Bachelor's or associate degree.
- Background in Paralegal studies is a plus.
- Work experience in a legal environment is a plus.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Proven technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet specific deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
