The firm is seeking an accomplished Litigation Partner to join their growing Nashville office, bringing proven leadership, a strong client base, and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and government investigations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on high-value domestic and international clients.
• Collaborate with a nationwide team of attorneys across multiple practice groups.
• Provide strategic advice on risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation strategy.
• Mentor and develop associates, contributing to the growth of the Nashville office.

• Extensive litigation experience, ideally with a track record of managing complex commercial disputes.
• Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to generate and grow client relationships.
• Recognised expertise in areas such as commercial, securities, intellectual property, white collar, or employment litigation.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with proven trial and arbitration experience.
• Active membership with the Tennessee bar (or ability to waive in).
