Job Description- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in litigation matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and manage case files.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs and goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines in all work.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation.

TheSuccessful Applicant
A successful Litigation Associate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Tennessee (or willing to sit for/waive into the Tennessee bar)
- 3-6 years of litigation experience (commercial and complex litigation preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Competitive annual salary, estimated between $170,000 and $220,000.
