Join Net Suite’s Direct Sales team as a Regional Sales Director focused on SMB businesses. You will manage a team of outside Sales Representatives who serve Mid‑Market and Corporate segments, driving revenue and achieving quota.

About You

• 3+ years of closing experience and/or sales management experience in SaaS/Technology sales.
• Strong understanding of accounting or ERP solutions, plus the ability to negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Consistently among top producers with measurable sales results.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Strong work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
• Tech-savvy and able to translate technology into customer value.
• Curious, insightful, and perceptive.

• Experience managing inside and outside sales representatives.
• Expertise in business solutions and competitive sales strategy.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Compensation & Benefits – Salary range $113,100 to $185,100 per year, plus commission and equity. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
