Overview
Route Service Manager at Uni First Corporation. The Route Service Manager will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers per day, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location.
What you’ll be Doing- Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
- Build strong relationships with your customers and elevate your team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs
- Negotiate customer contract renewals
- An individual who is business savvy and enjoys figuring out innovative ways to help increase profit and grow customer satisfaction within their Uni First location
- A results-driven, relationship manager who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help the team and, most importantly, the customer
- Someone who will enjoy working with your own team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors that need your help and support as they develop in their own role
- Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per Uni First’s standards
- High School Diploma or GED – bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to problem solve and handle a variety of customer service situations
- Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 21 years of age
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
