Leading construction company seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our building division. The role involves overseeing Justice projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million.

$125,000 - $150,000 per year

• Oversee Justice projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million.
• Lead project teams on the GC side, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors on mixed‑use, hospitality, firehouse, retail, and other projects.

• 8‑10 years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of overseeing large‑scale commercial construction projects on the GC side.
• Experience managing projects within the $5 million‑$50 million range.
• Strong knowledge of large‑scale commercial construction in mixed‑use, restaurants, hotels, jails, schools, hospitality, firehouses, or retail.
