• Competitive Compensation – $51,200 - $54,200 annual with a 45‑hour work week

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; work in the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations; put customers first.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business.

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership (military and/or college or professional athletics considered).
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
