Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a PMO
- Organizational Change Management to join their team. As a PMO
- Organizational Change Management, you will be part of the Transition - PMO/OCM department supporting the Service Integration initiative on the clients account. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and execution of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and plan.
• Provide OCM leadership and support to organization and project managers for the Service Integration initiative.
• Collaborate with project teams to structure and integrate OCM plans and deliverables effectively.
• Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and minimize impacts.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to address strategic change issues and foster organizational readiness.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in organizational change management and organizational design.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to partner effectively with senior management.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies.
• Experience working on large-scale IT or service integration projects.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
