Qualifications
- 5+ years marketing in a commercial environment
- Experience in On Premise sales, marketing, or distribution
- Experience in live event production and experiential marketing
- People leadership/management experience preferred
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment
- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen
- Highly-developed planning, prioritization and organizational ability
- Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales and customer data)
- Excellent communication, active listening negotiation skills are a must
- Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends)
- Travel 30-40%
