What You’ll Do:Lead and manage day-to-day salon operations
Motivate, coach, and develop a team of talented stylists
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management
Ensure outstanding customer service and salon cleanliness
Manage inventory, supplies, and payroll coordination

Build and retain a strong, loyal customer base
What We’re Looking For:10 + years of salon experience, with 3 + years in a leadership or management role
Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License (Required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and drive business results
Knowledge of salon operations, retail, and customer service
