Greer Stop Nut, part of Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), specializes in manufacturing specialty threaded locking fasteners used in the Aerospace and Defense industries. We need a detail‑oriented individual to help ensure our customers receive high‑quality products on time.

Day Shift

Schedule:

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with overtime opportunities available). Good attendance is critical.

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as packing slips, bills of lading, purchase orders, etc.
• Track all shipments.
• Input data into the company ERP system, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Coordinate shipments with various shipping carriers, logistics handlers, or other transportation partners.
• Accept and document incoming packages and deliveries, routing items to the appropriate designated areas.
• Verify outgoing/incoming items and quantities against documents.
• Utilize Fed Ex and UPS shipping software for ground shipments.
• Safely operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other devices.
• Secure product in boxes and correctly load and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Assemble production documents as directed.
• Scan and file work orders into company systems and storage cabinets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School/GED; advanced education preferred.
• Two or more years of experience coordinating freight shipments in a manufacturing or distribution center.
• Strong computer skills with careful attention to data accuracy.
• Two or more years of forklift and material‑handling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds from knee to chest regularly throughout the day.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate‑controlled.
