About

The Role

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our 1st Shift Operations
. This role is responsible for verifying that all production parts and assemblies meet customer-provided drawings, specifications, and job instructions. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Utilize customer-provided drawings, specifications, and route sheets to determine production requirements.
  • Inspect components for cosmetic and dimensional accuracy according to specifications.
  • Verify that all production processes have been completed as required.
  • Ensure part marking is complete and accurate per customer requirements.
  • Confirm packaging meets or exceeds customer specifications.
  • Maintain calibration of inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Complete internal and external non-conformance reports as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and verify dimensional data using various inspection tools, including calipers, go/no-go gauges, and tape measures.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Energetic and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to assist in shipping as required.
