Production Associate

Position Summary

The Clean Room Production Associate is responsible for executing of the liquid or powder production process to ensure an exceptional final product. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Understand and follow oral and written instructions including batch records, QA/QC Batch Records and SOP’s.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment.
• Ability to work in lab coat, gloves, foot covers, hair nets, beard nets if necessary.
• Use of scales and following measuring directions accurately.
• Adding measured liquids and dry raw materials to blend tanks.
• Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement on filling and packaging lines.
• Standing in working areas for long periods of time.
• Exercise safe work practices
• Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
• Perform all checks as required by the quality sampling standards to maintain specific quality standards.
• Maintain production rates and strive to improve.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and computer input as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Basic measuring skills
• Team Player
• Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Effective time management skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions to specifications.
• Able to bend reach and perform repetitive motions.
• Great problem-solving skills

• Must be able to sit/stand for 8-10 hours.
• Walking, bending, light lifting up to 50 lbs.
