Large Format Printing Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Production / Finishing Operator to join our printing facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in the final stages of our workflow, ensuring that every project meets our standards through careful finishing, quality assurance, packaging, and preparation for delivery.

• Examine final items to ensure they meet our high standards for quality, precision, and freedom from defects.
• Conduct consistent quality assessments at every stage of the manufacturing cycle.
• Utilize a 3-knife trimmer alongside various other finishing machinery.
• Process and trim materials to align with specific project requirements.
• Handle, transport, and arrange materials across the production floor to keep operations flowing.
• Secure finished goods into boxes for distribution.
• Apply labels and ready packages for outgoing shipments.
• Support the shipping and receiving department as required.
• Manage the loading and unloading of inventory and supplies.
• Confirm order counts and final product integrity prior to dispatch.
• Ensure the workspace remains tidy and orderly at all times.
• Provide support across different production zones to help maintain overall operational efficiency.

• Prior background in manufacturing, bindery, finishing, or printing environments is highly valued.
• Familiarity with 3-knife trimmers or comparable finishing tools is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest level of output quality.
• Capable of managing repetitive duties while remaining active on your feet.
• Physically able to lift and relocate materials and boxes during the workday.
