Machine Operator - TWB Antioch, TN; Nights

TWB Company is seeking a Machine Operator to join our night shift team in Antioch, TN. This position is responsible for operating machinery to process steel components used in automotive manufacturing. Duties include setup, inspection, quality checks, material handling, and documentation. This is an entry-level, full-time position. No prior experience is required-on-the-job training will be provided.

TWB, Tailor Welded Blanks, is a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel Company. • Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow written work orders, blueprints, and process specifications
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Identify and report quality issues or material defects
• Accurately complete required documentation and labels
• Move, tag, and stage materials and finished goods
• Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Ability to read blueprints or production schematics
• CPR/First Aid training (provided on site if not already certified)
