Agency Account Director

Position Overview: One of our top clients is looking for an experienced Agency Account Director to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the senior point of contact for their clients, managing relationships, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring the smooth production of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Lead clients' marketing and advertising strategies, acting as the primary liaison between the agency and the client.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor creative teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Project Oversight: Develop and execute account strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Business Development: Promote the expansion of business with existing clients and generate new accounts.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and strategize campaigns, balancing client expectations with creative execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and monitor the success of campaigns.

    • Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ YOE in professional client relationship management.
  • Background in advertising, design, or marketing.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Effective team management capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and budgetary constraints.
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms.
