We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing and business development team. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, social media, and proposal development—and want to work where your contributions make a real impact—we’d love to hear from you.

• Develop and execute engaging monthly social media content across platforms.
• Support proposal creation with compelling layouts and graphics (InDesign skills a must!).
• Help drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, from signage to digital campaigns.
• Maintain marketing assets: project data, resumes, awards, web content.
• Represent TWF at events, some outside traditional hours—where you’ll showcase our brand and values.
• Contribute to internal newsletters, podcasts, and presentations that connect and inspire.
