The Account Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day management, execution, and delivery of marketing programs for AMP’s national QSR, lifestyle, and retail clients. The role ensures that campaigns are flawlessly planned, operationally sound, and executed with AMP’s industry‑leading attention to detail. You’ll work closely with internal teams (Creative, Field Operations, PR, Staffing, Social) and external client contacts to keep all projects on track.
Client& Project Support
- Serve as a daily point‑of‑contact for client updates, scheduling, and task follow‑ups.
- Maintain timelines, project trackers, calendars, and deliverables across multiple programs.
- Support Account Managers in preparing decks, recaps, reports, and client‑ready documents.
- Update boards, staffing pipelines, and project management systems.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and logistics for brand activations, new‑store openings, PR pop‑ups.
- Coordinate staffing needs with the internal Brand Ambassador team (recruiting, confirming, scheduling).
- Manage vendor communication.
- Support onsite execution as needed (some travel required).
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports (impressions, engagements, placements, KPIs).
- Process invoices, track budgets, and assist with financial reconciliation.
- Ensure all project materials, creative assets, and brand guidelines are updated and organized.
- Maintain communication logs, notes, agendas, and post‑meeting action items.
- Coordinate asset requests between the Creative team and clients.
- 1–3 years of account coordination, marketing, PR, event management, or agency experience.
- Strong communication skills—clear, concise, client‑facing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, , Canva, and basic reporting tools.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
- Experience in experiential marketing, field activation management, or QSR marketing.
- Familiarity with staffing logistics, brand ambassador management, and event operations.
- Understanding of reporting metrics (impressions, engagements, ROI calculations).
- Experience with creative workflows.
- Highly dependable and proactive.
- Strong follow‑through and accountability.
- Positive attitude and team‑first mentality.
- Ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and remain calm under pressure.
