As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be exposed to various aspects of event planning and execution, providing you with invaluable hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and vibrant environment.

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics
• Help manage event budgets and track expenses
• Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications
• Provide on‑site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and event promotion strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
