Marketing Specialist – Nashville, TN

Overview:

Lee & Associates – Nashville is seeking a creative and confident individual to join our local team as a Marketing Specialist. This position assists, and supports, our fast-growing real estate firm in its marketing efforts with a special focus on design. This candidate will successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. We require an excellent communicator who is able to support multiple professionals across the organization.

Key Duties:

• Ability to conceptualize and develop graphic designs from text or verbal description
• Manage listings and create associated marketing materials (flyers, postcards, e-blasts, etc.)
• Manage marketing, social media and communications across all public platforms
• Prepare property tour packages (electronic & print)
• Create tenant representation pitch materials
• Develop & implement electronic marketing campaigns
• Assist brokers with social media content and posting
• Update team branded & custom marketing materials

Required Skillset:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Canva
• Word Press
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and initiate and work independently as well as cooperatively with others
• Ability to provide materials in a timely and organized manner
