Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Salary: $32 – $35 per hour

We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will develop and implement strategic communication plans that effectively convey our organization's message to various stakeholders, including employees, partners, and the public.

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance brand awareness.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and newsletters.
• Manage and oversee the organization's social media accounts and online presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create cohesive messaging.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote the organization's goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications or public relations roles, with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
