Rogers Group is currently hiring for a Social Media, Marketing & Communications Specialist in Nashville, TN. This position plays a key role in shaping and amplifying our brand voice across digital platforms and is ideal for a creative, organized, and self‑motivated professional who is highly fluent in social media trends, content creation, and digital engagement—while also excelling at organization, coordination, and follow‑through.

This role supports day‑to‑day marketing and communications efforts, with a strong focus on social media management, content development, Google My Business optimization, and cross‑departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
  • Manage and execute social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others as needed.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Monitor trends, analytics, and platform updates to continuously improve reach and engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Google My Business & Digital Presence
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business listings across multiple locations (as applicable).
  • Ensure accuracy of business information, hours, photos, and posts.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Support local SEO efforts through consistent and timely updates.
Marketing & Communications Support
  • Assist with development of marketing materials, campaigns, and internal/external communications.
  • Support brand storytelling through written content, visuals, and short‑form copy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, photos, and updates.
  • Assist with event promotion, announcements, and campaigns.
Organization & Project Coordination
  • Maintain content calendars, deadlines, and approvals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.
  • Organize digital assets including photos, videos, and files.
  • Support administrative and coordination needs for the Marketing & Communications team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing or supporting Google My Business strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience supporting brand or corporate communications.
