Marketing Coordinator Introduction

Mission Hotels (Powered by Anchor Investments) owns and operates Nashville's top 3 most highly reviewed boutique hotels (The Russell, The Gallatin, and 506 Lofts) and gives away the majority of its profits to those experiencing homelessness.

Role Overview

Create lasting impact by building Mission Hotels into a recognized hospitality brand, driving direct revenue through innovative marketing, and ultimately maximizing our ability to support those experiencing homelessness. Success means increasing direct bookings, occupancy, and length of stay while balancing OTA (online travel agency) ads, partnerships, social media, and any other creative marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution

Drive ROAS through Google/Meta campaign optimization and budget management
Develop data-driven quarterly marketing strategies across all channels
Create engaging social media content and manage community growth
Design and optimize email marketing campaigns for conversion
Build strategic partnerships with local businesses and influencers
Maintain OTA relationships while focusing on direct booking growth

Website & Analytics

Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across channels
Implement data-driven improvements to user experience
Manage technical updates and content implementation

Team & Brand Leadership

Mentor marketing intern team and drive development
Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
Create and execute content calendar aligned with objectives
Collaborate on pricing and promotion strategies
Manage brand assets and marketing materials

Qualifications

1-5+ years digital marketing experience with success in:
- Paid advertising campaign management
- Social media strategy
- Email marketing automation
- Website optimization and analytics
Strong data analysis capabilities
Excellence in copywriting
Ai experience and a huge desire to use Ai to automate work and improve processes
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly

Nice to Haves

Hospitality industry marketing experience
Experience in startup environments
Basic HTML/CSS and design tool proficiency
Familiarity with hotel platforms
