Volunteer Advocacy Team Lead & STARFISH Liaison

A non-profit organization for child advocacy in Nashville seeks a CASA Volunteer Advocate Team Leader to oversee a team of Volunteer Advocates and ensure effective advocacy for children. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of Project STARFISH, which focuses on families involved in the Juvenile Justice system, and developing training programs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
