Status:
Full-Time

Compensation: VERY competitive (based on RN experience, LTC tenure, and incentives)

• Active RN license in Tennessee
• Strong clinical background in geriatrics and nursing administration
• Experience in long‑term care required
• DON experience preferred, but not mandatory
• A passion for serving seniors, supporting staff, and leading with integrity
• A team‑focused mindset and positive approach

• Guide and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident‑centered care
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and clinical processes
• Champion quality improvement initiatives
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, medical staff, and your administrator
