Fri/Sat/Sun 7pm-7am, weekend nights position. Shift differential of $15. $20,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available.
About the HospitalTri Star Summit Medical Center is the only Tennessee hospital honored with the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Pathway to Excellence designation. It is the busiest Level III trauma center in the state and serves a 50‑bed Emergency Room with 8 trauma bays and a 10‑bed fast‑track area.

- Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to assess, develop plans of care, administer medication, document, educate, and maintain equipment
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions with accurate documentation
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient condition
- Promote hospital customer‑service initiatives and advocate for patients and families
- Apply the nursing process to individualized care needs and perform technical skills and procedures
- Current RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state board
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within one year of employment
- Critical Care Pediatric (CPI) within six months of employment
- Minimum one year of RN experience (Emergency Room experience preferred)
Tri Star Summit is a 234‑bed comprehensive facility serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. It offers a full array of acute‑care services including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation, women’s services, cardiothoracic care, a Chest Pain Center, and a Primary Stroke Center.
