• Providing on‑site care at Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Senior Living Apartments across Middle Tennessee
• Working part‑time or full‑time—your choice!
• Locations include Hendersonville, Nashville, Brentwood, Green Hills, Franklin, Bellevue, Antioch, and new opportunities pop up all the time

• $35–$45 per completed visit (paid bi‑monthly)
• Optional call coverage: $500 per pay period ($1,000/month)
• $1 per minute for non‑visit work on non‑visit days
• Malpractice insurance available if needed

• Tennessee medical license and active DEA
• Laptop and smartphone
• Experience in long‑term care or assisted living is a plus but not required
• Passion for working with older adults (we will support you with training and geriatric expertise)
• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, so benefits aren’t included—autonomy, purpose, and a supportive team absolutely are.
