Job Summary :

Tri Star Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced heart failure or structural heart cardiology advanced practice provider interested in a cardiology outpatient clinic practice with our employed group in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:

• Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• Heart failure or structural cardiac experience as an advanced practice provider
• Ability to work independently
• Full time, Monday - Friday
• Primary role providing outpatient heart failure and structural heart cardiology support for structural heart clinic
• Experience with valve disease, PFO, ASD, LAAC, and pulmonary embolism preferred
