Job OverviewApply the nursing process to plan and manage the care of complex patients comprehensively. Recognize complex learning needs and prepare individual teaching plans for patients and families, demonstrating effective patient education. Ensure a comprehensive care plan in collaboration with the healthcare team. Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Ensure evidence-based care and monitor patient outcomes. Engage in professional growth activities according to Board of Nursing and Physician Assistant standards.
