Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Regional Vice President (RVP), you will be responsible for developing and implementing an oncology service line business plan meeting the needs of the cancer patient during the entire continuum of care, driving profitable oncology service line growth, and improving operations in terms of quality and processes.
You will serve as the regional leader to provided direction and support for the on‑going development of a comprehensive oncology service line for HCA’s Tri Star Division. In partnership with key division colleagues, hospital administrative teams and physicians, conceives and develops strategy, promotes operational standards, and ensures that cancer services are coordinated across the division
