Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 8 Med/Surg unit in Grand Junction, CO. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, technology and evidence-based practice while coordinating with the health team.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and a BSN plan within four years if starting with ASN/ADN; BLS-HCP on hire. Relocation bonus may be offered; shift differentials available.
