Cardiac -Down RN: Shape Care & Outcomes

Tri Star Centennial Medical Center is seeking a Cardiac Step Down Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced cardiac unit. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, following established nursing models to advocate for patients and ensure excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patients on admission and during shifts, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families about conditions and treatments.
