** 1:2 patient ratio in a 32-bed unit with RN support, nurse externs, and free-floating charge RN available
** Highlights:**- Work in a newly renovated MSICU with state-of-the-art bedside monitors and equipment in every room
- Philips monitoring systems and Alaris pump technology throughout the unit
- Manageable 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio with strong team support structure
- Multiple Daisy Award winners, including Team Daisy Award recognition
- Advanced critical care procedures including CRRT, intubations, and line placements
- Meditech documentation system
** Requirements:**- Current RN license eligible for Tennessee
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Previous ICU experience required
- Ability to float per hospital needs as required
- Commitment to patient experience standards
