Registered Nurse – Oncology

Bristol, TN

Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (18:30–07:00) | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care on an Oncology unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
• Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of clinical care
• Complete required compliance modules and orientation activities, including online computer-based learning (CBLs) during orientation

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Med/Surg or Telemetry experience required
• AHA BLS certification required (AHA is the only accepted form; all other certifications will not meet compliance requirements)
• Must complete Relias EKG testing within 72 hours of signing; two attempts allowed — failure of both results in automatic cancellation
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Flexible scheduling options available, with expected weekly hours of 36 or 48 depending on the agreement
• No on-call requirement, offering a more predictable work-life balance
